weird, it shows for me with Windows 10. Are you logged into the game? I am also on Windows 10 and I see it under scientific puzzle. It is an intermediate puzzle.

What would be the puzzle number as in: 00200xxxx.ir_puzzle?

I see a 0002002355.ir_puzzle with datetimestamp 2016-04-27 16:44 which could be it but it is not showing in the list. My is is empty, expired/beginner puzzles don't show at all, Search box is empty. Earlier there was a short text in the puzzle description box (second box from top) but now it does not show anymore with new client.

Thank you for this report :) I think I know where the error is originating. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a new update out.

Hi Everyone,

The DHFR puzzle is now available to play. It will be the only puzzle listed in the scientific puzzle menu and will be the main puzzle that we use for testing.

For everyone who is using Windows. There is a bug that occurs anytime you exit the game and start it again (sometimes, it appears to be random for me). The error has different variations in the log file, but it will be some variation of this:

ERROR: Can't create a polymer bond after residue 15 due to incompatible type: ARG:CtermProteinFull
ERROR:: Exit from: ......\source\src\core\conformation\Conformation.cc line: 850

Where ARG will be some other amino acid. Until the new version of Windows comes out (should be later today), you can get around this error by deleting all the *.ir_puzzle files, puzzle folder, and undo folder in your main Foldit install directory. For me, that is in C:\Foldit Experimental.

There shouldn't be this error in OSX or Linux builds.

"-pull and adding atoms rounds, undo: at a certain moment, a spot remains at the place where an atom was. Clicking on this small spot crashes"

Fixed.

Still trying to reproduce the oxygen atom changing/selecting deselecting issue, but havent been able to reproduce it. If you can come up with an specific example, that would be great!

A new binary will be uploaded later tonight.

From OSX, first version above (nothing fixed yet, unless the presence of the puzzle)

1-shake waits 2-3 seconds before to start
2-it's quite time consuming, hopefully we'll get some LUA commands to selelect and work: a system of atom number would be needed to be able to select automatically an atom ligand.Select(atom number)
3-crashed on wiggling after adding another element from shared to scientist solution B1
4- after the crash, unable to recover the score. But in the autosaves, it is there, but when loading it, it doesn't show the same score (shared to scientist)
5- now I ran a recipe with various actions and bands to ligand, i'll report the result later
