The Return of CASP9

"More CASP9 puzzles? But I thought CASP was finally over!"

There was a great suggestion by Madde (http://fold.it/portal/node/988477)
who noted that:
"There are still many CASP9 targets whose structures are still not in the PDB."

This is a great point and gives us an opportunity to revisit some of the CASP targets that haven't been released yet.
We are especially interested in the CASP9 targets where you were given Rosetta Server models as starting points but (as many of you noticed) it was quite hard to find different topologies while maintaining a high score because these Rosetta models had already been quite wiggled.

The following 'CASP9 Revisited' puzzles will all have starting models taken from other servers.

Some of the servers might also be using Rosetta (they should be easy to spot because they will start with high Foldit scores) but other servers will not and might have very bad starting scores (but they might be a lot closer to the native) so it should be easy to improve the score of these non-Rosetta server models.

Of course, I've already lived The Night of the CASP9 many times.

The CASP9 puzzles are interesting in many ways, because so many labs have worked on them with different approaches, and we still don't know what the native is. I'm sure there are a dozen of scientific papers to be mined on just such a puzzle as the Return of the CASP9.
