When I begin the FOLDIT application on my computer (Dell PC Windows XP SP3), Windows Task Manager "Performance" indicates the application is using 99% of the CPU's time. As a result, entry of my password occurs at about one symbol per 10-20 seconds. This is a reasonably fast computer and something is terribly wrong.
