1221 crashing

On that "gasteiger error", the path to the file is:

cmp-database-45bbcddcbd4174e67b82569775fde821\database\chemical/gasteiger/default/atom_type_data.txt

Some observations:

1. There is no "gasteiger" directory on my install, with database 45bbcddcbd4174e67b82569775fde821; also no file "atom_type_data.txt"
2. Interesting how the log message combines back slashes with with forward slashes
3. Why have a "cmp-database" directory with a single sub-directory "database"? (Seems like everything could move up a level.) </ol>

With latest devprev, I was able to load a quicksave3.ir_solution but the score is -999999.999 whatever I do. And some artifacts have really bad clashing score like the screenshot attached here.
