1499: on win10, possible memory leakage

Looks like a false alarm for now.

Commit Memory got up to 1,000,000KB (maximized) at one time from a starting value around 480,000KB but got back down around 700,000KB all of a sudden (meaning inside a few minutes, cannot not remember if it was before I minimized) and stays there now (minimized).

I wonder if being maximized vs minimized makes a difference?
