I can get through 'inside the pocket' by just randomly doing something and not knowing what I am doing or whether it is correct. I cannot click 'reset' to redo it at any point. I am not making hydrogen bonds.

Thank you for pointing out the possibility of completing the tutorial without following the needed steps. As for the reset, if you need to reset the puzzle, you should be able to find the puzzle reset under the undo tab.
