After installing the new devprev update and loading the 1202 design puzzle my high score is now 10086, 250 points lower than my 10336 best. It now shows residues #1 Histidine and residue #75 Glutamate as invalid residues. These are first and last residues. There is no way to change these as all other options are greyed out in Design Mode (circle thingy).
Changing clashing importance and mutating will change them but whatever replaces them is also marked as invalid. It would appear the problem lies with them being the first and last residues of the protein.
