This is a bug that has to do with hydrogen positions. In reality, a hydrogen bond will not form when two hydrogens are pointing at one another (much less three!), so really this should be counted as zero bonds.
This is a known issue in Rosetta, but is rarely a problem in most Rosetta protocols. It seems it might be more problematic in Foldit.
