Several people in global and on my team have tried and been unable to form any bond with the target atom in 688. I have tried both donors and acceptors on both sidechains and backbone pieces. I can bond to the red and blue atoms at the end of the catalyst, but not to the target atom.
Spdenne was able to form a bond in the beta puzzle (where incidentally the target atom is red instead of blue, and accepted a bond from a blue atom).
The hover note for the atom says it is a donor, which matches its current blue color, but the puzzle comment says it's an acceptor. All very confusing. See also puzzle comments.
