For at least two of us the "Show" for. Residues scoring too low is not working; it highlighted one side chain for me but not the second. For Vman all three of his are not showing.

The brightness of the glow is dependent on how poorly the residue scores, so if you're only -1 to -10 points down, it will barely glow. We are adding a base glow to the filter so this should be resolved in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Mike!
