Align to density reverts

The reverting is because aligning is a two step process. The first step that you see runs an algorithm called PCA to to a rough estimate of the alignment. Then it runs a minimization (wiggle) that only includes the density match score in order to settle the protein into a more precise alignment. This second step is the reverting that you are seeing. I agree that this is a little confusing to look at, so I've made the game only show the end result instead of the intermediate step.
