When using the alignment tool, one is presented with a score. To my understanding this is a score relating only to the situation in the alignment display. When taking a snapshot of the score in the alignment tool and exact sequence of all segments, recreating this exact same sequence, including any spaces anywhere, yields a different score. This is a bug. I have screenshots for puzzle 272 of two identical alignments with a 3 point difference, which I am happy to e-mail.
