Another case of weird wiggle behavior

Load my shared with myself solution called "weird" of puzzle 706.
In selection interface select seg 59 thru 63 and Wiggle. A whole section of the protein starts flipping around. Never seen that before.

Sorry made a typo. Select seg 59 thru 62.

Upped the priority to 1. My normal way of closing cutpoints does not work anymore because wiggle moves other parts of the protein, making the backbone score worse of the cut. Happened on 708.
So it looks this is no isolated case.

for me, wiggle is staggering in a way. I have to start and stop wiggle constantly to get all the points out.

we have found this bug and it should no longer occur about the next update
