auto structure tool creates false ligand (on devprev)

The bug described in http://fold.it/portal/node/2000613 is back on the current devprev (20151002-acab89b214-win_x86-devprev).

Once again, if you select all segments and run the auto structures tool, the last segment is converted to a ligand.

It seems like the devprev release must have back-leveled the module that contained the fix.

This does not happen on the current main release (20150917-5515771e57-win_x86).

The problem can be detected via the Lig Detector recipe, or using the EnzDes view, where the ligand appears as a white segment.

The problem can be fixed by using "reset structures" from the undo menu.

To work around the problem, select all segments, then manually unselect the last segment. The auto structures tool should now work correctly, without creating a ligand.

Also on MAIN for 1199
(used on a shared solution: may be it was created on DEVPREV - I dont' know) and the false ligand transfered with share).

This is still still present in 1248 (on devprev at least) and makes it less rewarding to use the Auto Structure tool.

Good news, the auto structures bug seems to be gone in the current devprev release, 20161207-87ca1b235d-win_x86-devprev.

Unlike most devprev releases, this one has been out for nearly a month, and seems to be stable. We'll hope the bug stays squashed this time.
