Something seems to be wrong with the first segment of the puzzle.
Not the <15 not the <150 version.
If you select all mutable segments (excluding ligand and non-mutable segment 1) and try to replace them, by:
selet_index_range(2,116)
replace_aa("g")
the game quits, as if you have closed the window.
Last error lines are:
