Blueprint tool crash

Crashed while moving a loop from the loop list.

Also, undoing does not always work. The loop change is not being registered on the undo graph, hence nothing to undo.

To reproduce the Blueprint Undo bug:

  1. Move Building Block to Blueprint location
  2. Press Undo
  3. Move Building Block to same Blueprint location
  4. Press Undo (undo fails)

You can see on the undo/redo graph the change made by the move is not being registered.
