- enable x-ray display view option to show ligand.
- White bubble shows correctly
- click in original interface, Actions, Auto Structures
- white x-ray vision bubble disappears
- The structures are set to the expected shapes.
- press ctrl-D or uncheck x-ray in view options, no effect.
- re-enable x-ray view option or press ctrl-D: NO effect
I find no way to re-enable the x-ray vision.
