I fold on a netbook with a 768 x 1024 screen.
There are at least two submenus that I can't close on this size of screen once I open them (Undo>Graph Properties and the Electron Density submenu), because the X to close the submenu is under the Rank/Score box at the top of the screen.
The Graph Properties one I can just avoid, but it is pretty hard to play an ED puzzle without being able to close the ED submenu.
The ED menu covering up 1/3 of my screen:
The Graph Properties menu:
Here both are open at once, Graph Properties on top of Electron Density:
I have the same problem if I'm not careful…
I wondered how that was possible - on Windows 7 the ED dialog box is always in front of everything else.

I don't know how it's possible, but my screenshots show that's how it opens.
I have been told to just drag it to the side so it's not under the Rank/Score box, but as the screenshot shows, the entire top of the submenu including the closing X is inaccessible, since it is under that box.
My OS is Win 7 Starter.

With the addition of the View Option "Show expected residue burials", now I cannot reach the option to "Show bonds (loop)" and there is apparently no hotkey for loop bonds.
This is what is covered up by the Rank/Score box so I can no longer access it:
I don't care about sheet or helix bonds, I have the hotkeys for those memorized.
My netbook screen resolution is already maximized at 1024x600.
Why not just change your screen resolution?
