Cant look good at the density cell from all directions

I dont know if this is devprev only, but when you rotate the density a fog like effect obscures it, making it impossible to have a good look at the density from all directions.

There's a set of key bindings that change the cutoff (near) and cutoff (far)…I've never used them, but does this help with the ED? I too like to fold outside of the density and the denovo center is faaaar away from the ED.

this has been a frequent problem for me. i just accepted it as one of those things. if this could be fixed, it would be very convenient.
