accepted the exact match and then resubmitted it, returns with cached result and when accepted still no bonus.

Double checking, when you see "Exact Match", what's the full line there?

When I load your example, I'm seeing "Entry Query: Exact Match" – The "Entry Query" is a new feature of devprev, where the input molecule which was used to generate the compound library is now also included in the library list. "Entry Query: Exact Match" simply means that the current molecule (or at least the molecule which was currently loaded when the library panel was created) is an exact match to the compound which was submitted to the library search. The "Entry Query" is not actually part of the library. It's only the numbered entries which are actually in the library. (Note that if your input query is part of the library, you'll get both the "Entry Query" item in the list, as well as a numbered entry with the same compound.)

I can see how the label of "Entry Query" is confusing, though (it even took me a bit to remember). I've made a patch to change the label to "Search Input:". Hopefully that will be clearer.

Here is what I see on the current puzzle, there is no text "Entry Query", this is for version V47-20250606-58eaa5367a-win_x64 as well as version V48-20250712-f5dce7e391-win_x64-devprev:

By "current puzzle", you mean 2640: KCNT2 Round 10, right? Could you "share with scientists" the solution showing the issue? Also, if possible, it would be helpful if you could also share the solution containing the molecule which you used to do the compound library search.

(I double checked your shared solutions to Round 9, and I couldn't replicate the issue you're seeing - which might be because I'm not submitting the search with the final compound, rather than the same compound you've used.)
