This does not work.
It correctly sequences through the sections, but the wiggle produces no score change at all, either positive or negative.

The sequential local wiggle in the cookbook will only change the protein if it can improve the score. This probably means that it is unable to improve the score.
I also asked this in the other case, but does the local wiggle sequence not work on the starting structure, or structures that were heavily local wiggled before the update?

It works fine after "reset puzzle" - so it appears to be working as described.
