Delete all offline process doesnt persist on restart

When i delete offline puzzle progress, restart client and login client resets progress to "all puzzles complete"

When logged in, your progress on the tutorial/campaign puzzles is stored on the server and will be downloaded to new clients.

Offline progress is primarily for when you skip the login, and play as an anonymous local player.
