Devprev: again the Condition box has changed.

In 20180525-f7af35c587-win_x86-devprev, the conditions bar has changed, but it shows "no score change", despite a bonus of 320 points from conditions. (Unevolved evo shown, but the same thing happens with solos.)

Again, the summary line should show the net bonus or penalty from all conditions. This is especially important in the hydrogen bond puzzles, where the most interesting condition is the last one in the list.
