Disulfide scoring term is no longer there

This makes some scripts unusable, I would like to see it return.

Also it makes it impossible for us to see if we have the right configuration for this kind of bonds. Sometimes flipping one helps.

Do you mean the GetSegmentEnergySubscore function is not returning a disulfide score for a cystine that is participating in a disulfide?

Exactly, and also not visible in the tab segment scoring. I have deduced that it is now hidden in the other score, but that is not enough for recipes.

I use bands to make disulfide bonds form and check with tab the disulfide energy subscore to see if these bonds have formed. Now I have to think of a new way to check if they have formed. One solution would be to make the bands invisible or transparent (see http://fold.it/portal/node/993644), but alas, that is not yet an option.

A related question is what energy subscores reflect the formation of hydrogen bonds and salt bridges. Perhaps subscores for these bonds can be listed too.

I've found the problem. It should be fixed in the next update.

I can see the scoring term is back. Is it correct that it scores now about half the points it used to do?

I quit & restarted several Foldit clients 1100pm CST 2/9/14, 1157pm CST 2/9/14, 1225am CST 2/10/14, and 528am CST 2/12/14, but I do not see the disulfide subscores with Tab even though I have visible disulfide bonds on all clients. You can e-mail me questions to help debug this. I'm not sure what files you need for clues.
