edit published recipes

Hmm, you should not be able to edit a published recipe. Have you been able to make changes to a recipe that has already been published?

It is a little confusing that the Edit button is still displayed for published recipes; I think we should be able to hide this button for published recipes.

In any case, if you try to make changes to a published recipe and click Update recipe or Update recipe and quit, then the website should give an error message that "You cannot edit published recipes!"

We've updated the website so the Edit icon is no longer displayed for public recipes.
