Compared to what's shown in cjddig's video, which used the classic interface, the current version of Folding Pathway I seem to be missing the idealize secondary structure tool. The tool was available in the classic pie menu, but the corresponding icon and hotkey aren't available in the "new Foldit" menu.
Also, the puzzle lacks the move tool, so there's no way to position the protein on the guide. It's not clear if move was necessary in the classic version.
The new version of the puzzle also seems reluctant to respond to bands during wiggle.
