Electron denisty puzzle bugs

Hi,

There are a few small bugs in the electron density puzzles :

1) Frozen segments do not render properly - they are always rendered in front of the electron density mesh, which makes visualizing the 3D structure difficult when it is being rotated.

2) The pop up window for the electron density does not hand focus back to the main screen after it has been clicked. This is relevant, because in this type of puzzle you need to keep switching the ED mesh off and on again to look at the protein on its own, and then with the mesh displayed, and functions like wiggle and shake will not work until the screen has been clicked to regain focus.

3)Relative scoring does not display correctly and cannot be used to see which areas of the protein need working on.

When the protein is in particular positions in the cloud, the move tool and rubber bands are colored the same as the ED cloud, and not purple.

Bumping, because relative score coloring is still broken in ED puzzles. The protein is either all green or all red, so you can't tell which parts need attention. Main, latest update (unannounced update of 5/22/13), Win 7 64, puzzle 714.

Yes, what's the deal with the unannounced update with NO explanation on what it did? I asked several times in #global with no response or even recognition of said update.
