Error opening shared Solution for read / Error reading download solution

I wanted to download and play a teammates solution (i.e. Susanne) but got the Errors shown in attached shots, 2nd Error after clicking "Ok" to confirm the 1st. I tried this with the Puzzles 351, 352 and 353, all with the same result.

It appears that we can't download anything at the moment.
