I gave things a poke to re-run compounds which have errored out. Hopefully that fixes some compounds, though some are likely to stay errors. (I haven't noticed any systematic errors recently.)

I'm still getting errors. Not on all compounds, just the ones that satisfy the membrane objective.
Adding another atom to those destroys the membrane objective but returns a number of compounds.
Perplexing.
