Excessive server load - cant open any puzzles

sorry about this CFC and thank you for letting us know.

we are looking into this. We thought we knew why people were having trouble with puzzle 296 and that has been fixed for next time, but all the current puzzles should not be having this problem.

What kind of internet connection do you have?

we apologize again, this is the last thing we want to be happening during CASP!

Hi, this issue is present again today on puzzles 300 and 302. I cannot refresh the shared solutions and thus cannot upload my solution either.

We've fixed up some problems on the server, hopefully to the point where the timeouts should be better. Is there still an issue?

I've added an option to the login screen to ignore the timeouts. We can see if this helps when it is posted.

I've posted the ability to disable timeouts at the login screen in the recent update. Do you still have a problem with that checkbox checked?
