Extraneous tool icons appear and remain on puzzle workarea

Yes, there are 2 icons for the "Move' tool (the one that is used to move ligands around) this is NOT a stereogram and you do not need to cross your eyes!

I was running the script ST - Softwalker and manually terminated it after 15 or 20 minutes. The image (link at top of Description section) is what the screen looked like after it stopped.

If I click on the background the top icon disappears, and if I click on the protein it reappears, but the bottom most icon never goes away. I'm still trying to figure how to get it to go away. Note: both icons are able to actively move the protein around.

Starting a new script removed the bogus tool icon.

neither of them moved the density around, right?

Only the protein moved when using either icon, they both were active. I did not have the ED displayed, so I don't know if it moved or not, sorry.
