Feedback mail should use the "fold.it" URL

When the status changes in a Feedback form, the automated e-mail contains a "bakerlab.org" URL:

http://game.bakerlab.org/portal/node/729532

Why this is a problem:

As I am not logged in to this site, I can't reply using the on-screen link.

I suggest you send the following URL instead:

http://fold.it/portal/node/729532
