Feedback responses rendering incorrectly

Since the (day-early) web site upgrade on 8/26, the responses to feedback entries are not displaying properly.

The text of the response is rendering on top of the user profile section.

also, why is the "Assign to:" field now required on new feedback submittals? There is no drop-down of people to assign it to.

this response is probably overwriting the user profile are of the feedback unless the bug has been fixed.

Feedback entries should be displaying properly and it should no longer be necessary to fill in the 'assign to' field in cases.
