Feedback statuses switched wrong

Items that were marked as "noted", for example, are now marked as "closed". All feedbacks not marked "open" previously are "closed", not just duplicates, closed, resolved, and done. Many "noted' issues are certainly not done.

(Ongoing and Waiting should remain Open as well)

Noted, Ongoing, and Waiting states should all be mapped to Open now and show up in the Opened pane.
