Foldit screen does not stay on the foreground

When starting the game, if there are other windows open, the most recent one becomes foreground.
This also happens when changing tracks, resetting, changing puzzle.
Happens on Windows 10.

Also when changing puzzle or track, you see the startup screen flashing and disappearing again.
