I've had several chat disconnects recently. On the last reconnect, the Foldit client is connected to a "betafolders" channel. Although I appear to be connected to this channel as LociOiling, although I don't show up in the user list.
On external IRC, using IceChat, as LociOilingIRC, I'm connected to "#BetaFolders", which is the normal channel name. Messages from #BetaFolders don't show up in betafolders on the client, and vice-versa.
Normally IceChat reconnects automatically after a chat outage. (I set it to wait 60 seconds before trying to reconnect.) But on two successive days, I've had to manually rejoin #BetaFolders, although #veteran, #global, and #ops are connected normally.
In the group, retiredmichael is also reporting problems joining chat. I don't see him in either version of the Beta Folders channel.
It seems like we've had this issue before, but it's a been a while, so I created a new feedback.
