The guide is pulsating, even when no action is taken and the client is idle.
This uses bandwidth on networks when using remote access. It also uses CPU/GPU cycles on the target machine. I would expect the guide to be still when the option 'pulsate when working' is not activated. In fact, I would never expect the guide to pulsate at all.
