I bought a Win7 notebook and noticed that half of the View settings are missing (the menu is only half as tall as well). Is there some known issue on this, perhaps something to do with unsupported resolution settings? I particularly need the dark background, but also miss some of the other settings too.
You probably need to Show Advanced GUI.
Under Menu->General Options

Thanks beta. I'm emabarrassed. I did it correctly on two other computers and forgot on this one–even though I looked at the general options before posting.
