Hmm, I'm having trouble reproducing this—the details box shows up fine for me.

What's the build ID for your Foldit application? (This is available in "General Options" in the Main Menu.)

Make sure you've checked "show" for the "Hydrogen Bond Network" filter. Working for me on 20180725-d14dae34c3-win_x86-devprev.
