Thanks, I've added a comment to the puzzle to warn others about this issue. We're investigating but a fix probably won't be ready in time for this puzzle.

Yes, this was reported by marie_s in the devprev version: http://fold.it/portal/node/993431#comment-21842
I completely forgot to add a warning about this in the puzzle comments, since we were unable to fix this in time. The warning has now been added, thanks for the reminder!
