In looking back at the DNA intro puzzles, I found that the open/share solutions menu was showing saves from puzzle 1463. Attempting to open one of these saves crashed the client.
After restarting the client and opening an intro puzzle, the spurious shares are no longer visible.
If you open a science puzzle, then switch to an intro puzzle again, the shares for the science puzzle are still visible.
