I am able to pretty reliably crash the app by:
1) initiating backbone Wiggle
2) installing one or more rubber bands w/Wiggle in progress
3) hitting 'r' to remove bands w/Wiggle in progress
this system:
ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHz
nVidia Corporation G70 [GeForce 7300 GT] (rev a1)
NVidia driver v.177
2GB SDRAM 3200
and here are the ERROR entries in log.txt:
ERROR: constraints.size() == constraint_geoms.size()
ERROR:: Exit from: /scratch/scooper/rosetta/src/mini-interactive-main/mini/src/interactive/pose_view/ExtraPoseInfoGeom.cc line: 725
