With the older 32-bit version this happens just once a day. Log.txt is attached.
I can confirm this bug. The linux client (I'm running Gentoo linux, I think it's independent of linux distribution) aborts frequently with these errors. It's impossible to run scripts that take longer than a few minutes, because of it.

The latest version of the linux client will run longer, a few hours, before it crashes with the same error messages. I guess the reason is that recent versions of the client use less memory. The results of a crash can be quite disastrous; previous work on the puzzle you were working on might be lost, meaning you'll have to start over.
