LoadLibrary failed with error 998: Invalid access to memory location.

I downloaded the windows version just now. After installed I try to launch the game, but the following message box popped up(please check the attached image):

Error:
LoadLibrary failed with error 998: Invalid access to memory location.

I'm using Windows 7 SP1 64bit.
