On 697 in selection interface select segment 52 and hit wiggle. The count stays at 1. Seems like a loop. I made a share with myself calles Wiggleloop. Windows 7 64 bit. Reloaded the file same thing happens.

This is an unfortunate situation of patients. The Rosetta code happens to take a long time with that segment, but it does actually iterate.
