It happened again but now I can't blame the sound.
No more quessing for the cause just the facts:
- playing CASP roll 1 (just a first brute force attack)
- running GA bands 2.6 in selection mode
After maximizing CPU usage of Foldit was still high.
But NO more network activity.
However the display did not come back and I could do nothing to get it back.
I have also noted delays in building the screen after short periodes of running minimized.
NB. Please close my popping sounds entry.
sometimes it can go off screen and pressing the home or Q keys will get it back onto screen…have you tried that?
I tried everything but the screen stays totally blank.
CPU is not running about 100% (that is what it is while running scripts) for foldit, but about 50% and the network traffing has become zero for Foldit.
The only thing I can do is killing Foldit, and start again.
This is terribly when I run a script from a different try (lower than my highest) and it is in a low state, so all the gained points are lost in that try.
Have same thing from time to time. Sometimes it takes 5mins to make client responsible back again.
Sometimes I`m not so patient and killing it…
The cause of this is that the animation of voids takes a long time to complete after resuming.
