Middle segment is still locked

Doing dev (beta) on symmetry puzzle, allowed all updates (Mac OS 10.6) - but the middle segment is still locked…

Banding each seg of the helix to the other and wiggling, this is what you get:

Yes, this is a significant flaw with all puzzles and has been noted before. Tlaloc said it was a part of the puzzle fixation system. I think it warrants a bit of work by the foldit team because it is difficult to work around from our side.

Sigh, I know, Tony - but it was recently fixed - then recently broken again - then yesterday jflat said it was fixed again…

This bug is ONLY on symmetry puzzle, dev and main.
Rest of puzzles is not affected.

My apologies. I didn't realize the bug had been fixed on the other puzzles. I will have to look for another excuse for not doing well!
