In puzzle 2199 I had a nice h-bond network that I wanted to keep, and I also wanted to improve the AlphaFold confidence (it was only 75%), so I froze the side chains involved in the h-bond network, then pressed J. It changed my frozen side chains, destroying my network. It would be nice if it respected frozen sidechains to allow late-game potential optimization. I understand that might make the effect of the prediction less desirable, but it might help the AlphaFold score, and even a little improvement might help.
