Multiple partial threading bug (cuts bug)

On 513, if I do a partial threading, then do another partial threading from another start without resolving the cuts, the cuts become solid segments 20A long. :)

I'd prefer to keep the cuts active so that I can resolve them all at the same time, or work on the cut pieces while cut, or prioritize.

News post mentioned that you had fixed a problem with cuts not being formed in threading. This effect is still present: basically, threading creates 2 new cuts, but makes the old cuts solid whether they are yellow or blue. If blue, the backbone is very low scoring and are basically irreparable, although they may eventually wiggle into shape.

While this bug definitely needs to be fixed, here's a workaround that might be useful in the meantime:

Simply rebuild the segment containing the over-stretched bonds.
