mutate creates funky stick/lines in stick+polarH mode

This is repeatable by the way, go to a mutatable puzzle, change color to score/hydro+CPK or hydro/score+CPK and view to stick+polarH. Begin mutating.

At least that happens on my client, on some others it doesn't happen as easily. In order to do it 100% of the time you need to add bands between the blue atom and anything, and then mutate with same settings as above. It works on helices, loops and sheets so SS doesnt matter.

after its mutated, the blue atom becomes longer and attaches a line to somewhere on the new Amino acid. it may become 100% blue or 50% blue and 50% backbone color or 50% blue and 50% white if its a hydrophobe

now as i said it works 100% of the time with bands, but on my client it works 70% of the time without the bands.

On an interesting note, depending on the AA that changes where the stick/doohicky is drawn too. if another blue atom is on the AA it tries to draw it to that(only if its a bigger AA), but it only draws it to one if it has multiples in the aa. It also depends on the angle of the backbone as to where its drawn. some of the smaller hydrophobes have the line drawn to them but it goes next to it, not to it.

if i change the view and then change it back, it goes away, but in light of all the bug reporting i thought i should share and give as much info as i could to help out :)
